Vision Advantage

At Sutton Linder & Sutton, we are committed to providing our patients their best possible vision. As part of that commitment, we are excited to offer The Vision Advantage Program. Eligible patients, who are in need of a re-treatment to maintain or improve their vision, may receive their re-treatment from Sutton Linder & Sutton at no additional charge for one year and at a greatly reduced rate for a total of five years following their original surgery.*

Who Is Eligible?
Patients who choose Sutton Linder & Sutton for their vision correction procedure are eligible for The Vision Advantage program based on meeting the following criteria:

• Initial diagnosis of myopia (nearsightedness)
• Complete post-operative appointment schedule as prescribed by a Sutton Linder & Sutton surgeon or your optometric eye care professional
• Re-treatment is medically advisable

* Patients are eligible for free re-treatment for one year following their initial surgery and for a greatly reduced cost for a total of five years. Consult a member of the Sutton Linder & Sutton staff for more detailed information about The Vision Advantage Program.

Advanced Technology
Patients are eligible for re-treatments at no cost using the same technology platform used to provide their original vision correction procedure. Utilizing new and advanced technology for re-treatments is also available, for the difference in costs between the two treatments, based on surgeon recommendation.

How Do I Enroll?
Patients who choose Sutton Linder & Sutton for their vision correction procedure are automatically qualified for The Vision Advantage program benefits. Pending the completion of all post-operative visits and annual eye examinations, Sutton Linder & Sutton will remain committed to serving your changing vision correction needs.
